Privacy on this website
Two things can be typed into this website. What you type into the agreement generator never leaves your browser. The waitlist keeps one email address, uses it once, and then deletes it.

Who is responsible
Humble Loop, a one-person software studio, is responsible for this website and for the waitlist. Write to info@ajansmba.com about anything on this page.
The agreement generator
The generator asks for your child's name, their date of birth and the names of the adults signing. It builds the agreement inside your browser. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else, none of it is written into the web address, and none of it is kept in your browser's storage: close the tab and it is gone. We could not show you what you typed even if you asked, because we never had it.
The waitlist
What we keep
- Your email address.
- Whether your phone is Android or iPhone, which decides when your email goes out.
- What kind of phone your child has, if you chose to say: Android, iPhone, or not yet. Nothing else about your child.
- Which page you signed up on, the date, and which version of the sentence next to the form you saw — so we can show what you agreed to.
We do not keep your IP address or anything about your device, and nothing you typed into the agreement generator is part of this.
What it is for
One email, when Rungs works on your phone: the Android version comes first, and the iPhone version, for the parent's side, follows. No newsletter, no sequence of follow-ups, and your address is never sold, shared or used for advertising. Your child's phone matters because the child's side only runs on Android; the answer tells us how many families Rungs can actually help.
Why we are allowed to keep it
Because you asked us to: the legal basis is your consent. You can take it back at any time by writing to us, and we will delete your address.
Where it is kept
In a database run by Cloudflare, the company that also hosts this website, acting for us as a processor. Cloudflare's servers may be outside your country.
How long
Until your email has gone out. Then your address is deleted. If you ask us to remove you before that, we do it as soon as we read your email.
Cookies and counting visits
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising scripts. It does count visits, with Cloudflare Web Analytics: a small script notes that a page was opened, which page it was, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and how quickly the page loaded.
Cloudflare states that this uses no cookies or other client-side storage, and that it does not follow people between visits or between sites by IP address or browser fingerprint. What we see is totals — how many people opened a page — never a person. Nothing in it can be joined up with your email address if you are on the waitlist.
If that changes, this page changes first.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent, all by writing to info@ajansmba.com. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
The waitlist is for parents and carers. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly keep a child's email address; if you find we have one, tell us and it will be deleted.
